Regulate Workshop (In-person): Somatic Tools to Ease Your Anxiety
Feeling anxious or overwhelmed is frustrating — especially when it seems like your body and mind won’t cooperate. This in-person workshop takes a practical body and science-based approach to understanding what’s really happening in your nervous system when anxiety shows up.
We’ll start with a clear overview of how the nervous system works. Then you’ll get guided through somatic and “parts” exercises that will show you how to shift from spiraling toward a state of relaxed alertness.
You’ll also have the chance to connect with others who get what it’s like — without pressure or judgment. And before we wrap up, we’ll have space for Q&A so you can leave knowing exactly how to use these tools in your own life.
You will walk away with practices you can use the next time anxiety or overwhelm appears — and a deeper sense of confidence that you are in control, not your anxiety.
